Payment reminder

Connect mode with 14-day payment window only: the client has the package but has not yet paid. Reminder on day 7 and day 13.

Package expired

The client gets a short note: package has expired, access is restricted (or closed, depending on expiry-action). With a renewal option.

Re-Engagement (former clients)

After 30 days without a package

A former client has been out for 30 days. Soft hello: “We are thinking of you, here are three updates since you left.”

Final re-engagement email with a concrete offer to come back. After that: no more emails unless you trigger one manually.

Test approval before activation

Before any email goes out to your clients we send you a test mail. Only after your explicit approval do we activate the service.

Per-client pause

You can exclude individual clients from marketing emails — per client, one click. Useful for VIP clients you look after personally.

Kill-Switch (blanket stop)

One switch instantly stops ALL emails to ALL clients. For the case where you are moving, taking a break or reworking your packages.

Prerequisite: Stripe-Connect active

The Marketing-Service is exclusive to coaches who sell their packages via FlowTrader-Connect. Reason: only then does FlowTrader have the data (package status, expiry date, payment) needed for meaningful automated emails. Activating Connect is free — only the 5 % commission on actual sales.

Common questions

Can I customise the email content?

We currently use fixed templates in German that automatically insert your coach name, package name and direct link. Custom templates per coach are next on the roadmap — we are collecting feedback from pilot coaches right now.

What happens if a client unsubscribes?

Every email has an unsubscribe link. When the client clicks, they are out of all marketing emails — no matter which coach. You see the status in the coach portal per client.

Do I get an overview of what was sent?

Yes, the coach portal has an audit log of every mail send: date, template, recipient, status (sent / skipped / failed). GDPR-relevant: 12 months retention.

Extra cost per email?

No. The Marketing-Service is included in the Connect model (covered by the 5 % commission on sales). No sending fees, no volume limits.
