§ 312k BGB

Cancel your FlowTrader AI subscription here. Right after you submit, you get a confirmation with date and time by email.

Cancellation date *

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If your trial is running, it takes effect at the end of the trial and nothing will be charged.

By clicking "Cancel now" you submit a binding cancellation (§ 312k BGB).

Important notes

Ordinary cancellation: your subscription ends at the earliest possible date, which is the end of the current billing period. For the yearly plan, this is the end of the first contract year while that year is running, and the end of the current billing month after that. Until then you can keep using FlowTrader AI.

During the trial, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial. Nothing will be charged.

Extraordinary cancellation: you may state a reason, but you don't have to. We will review it and get back to you.

The confirmation email contains a link that applies the cancellation in our payment system right away. Without a click we apply it no later than 24 hours after receipt, earlier if a payment is coming up. The cancellation is valid as soon as you submit it.
