Trading journal for TradingView: record and review your trades
TradingView shows you the chart, but not your behaviour while trading. In FlowTrader you record your TradingView trades, add your state of mind and see whether you traded according to plan.
How your TradingView trades get into your journal
Open Trading Panel
Open TradingView and go to the Trading Panel at the bottom of the chart. Select the 'History' tab to see your closed trades.
Enter your trades in FlowTrader
For each trade, enter instrument, direction, entry and exit, size and result in FlowTrader. There is no file import for TradingView, and FlowTrader is connected neither to TradingView nor to your broker.
Attach a chart screenshot
Upload a screenshot of your TradingView chart for each trade. That way you can later see what you saw when you entered.

Common questions about TradingView and FlowTrader
Can I import my TradingView trades?
No. There is no file import for TradingView, and FlowTrader is not connected to TradingView or your broker. You enter your trades yourself, real trades just like paper trades.
Does this work with any broker?
Yes. Because you enter your trades yourself, it does not matter which broker you use through TradingView.
Can I save charts with the trades?
Yes, you can add screenshots of your TradingView charts to every trade.
